Coupon and Promotional Code Policy

Promotional codes and coupons are available for a limited time with strict terms. Only one coupon can be used per order, and they must be applied at checkout. Expired coupons won't be honored. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined, and are non-transferable. Misuse may lead to refusal of coupon use.

We may occasionally offer promotional codes or coupons that can be applied to eligible purchases for a limited time. To keep things fair and consistent, the following terms apply to all coupon use on our store.

Guidelines

  • Coupons are limited to one coupon/discount per customer, per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or sale pricing.
  • Coupons must be valid at the time of purchase. Expired coupons will not be honored. Coupon expiration occurs at 11:59 pm CST on the listed expiration date, unless otherwise noted.
  • Coupons must be entered by the customer during checkout. We are not responsible for applying coupons after an order has been submitted.
  • If an order qualifies for a promotion but a coupon was not applied at checkout, customers may contact us within a reasonable time after purchase to request a review. Any adjustment is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.
  • Coupons apply only to qualifying items and must match the description of the promotion. Some products may be excluded, including but not limited to limited-edition items, one-of-a-kind pieces, clearance items, mixed lots, wholesale, or custom designs.
  • Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated on the pre-discount price unless required otherwise by law.
  • Coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or future discounts.
  • Coupons may not exceed the total value of the items purchased. No cash back or credit will be issued for unused coupon amounts.
  • We reserve the right to limit, modify, or refuse the use of any coupon if misuse, abuse, or suspected fraud is identified.
  • Coupons are non-transferable and may not be resold, shared, or published without authorization.
  • Promotional offers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice.
  • Coupons require a minimum purchase of $10 to apply. Some coupons are capped at a maximum discount of $10, regardless of order total.
