How It Works
- Purchase the Service: Select your authentication type and any add-ons. Complete checkout.
- Complete the Zimbabwe Banknote Authentication Submission Form.
- Ship Your Banknote: Carefully package and mail your note to the address provided in your order confirmation. Shipping is at your expense and not included.
- Review & Analysis: Your banknote is physically examined for known authentic security features, print characteristics, and common counterfeit indicators.
- Receive Your Results: You’ll receive:
- A written PDF report outlining findings
- A Certificate of Authenticity (if genuine)
- Your returned banknote via your selected shipping method (return shipping is included based on your selection at checkout).
How to Properly Package Your Banknote
To protect your note during shipping:
- After payment, detailed instructions and shipping address will be provided.
- Place the banknote in a protective sleeve (plastic currency sleeve recommended).
- Sandwich the sleeved note between two pieces of clean, rigid cardboard.
- Tape the cardboard edges securely so the note cannot shift.
- Place in a padded mailer or sturdy envelope. (No.10 envelope not accepted)
- Do NOT fold the banknote.
- Do NOT use paper clips or staples.
- Include your order number or confirmation number inside the package.
For higher value notes, consider purchasing tracking and insurance when mailing.
