The work includes original content created by the artist as well as properly licensed royalty-free assets obtained through paid stock or vector memberships. Standard graphic design tools are used to create and edit all designs. In limited cases, AI-assisted tools may be used as part of the editing or enhancement process.
No Counterfeiting Clause
Requests to replicate or very closely imitate existing national or international currency will be declined. Reproductions/replicas are allowed under certain circumstances and shall follow all applicable laws.
Likeness Consent Clause
If a real person’s likeness is used, the client confirms they have consent from that individual.
Final Artistic Control
The designer retains final artistic discretion to ensure originality, legality, and quality.
