This fantasy commemorative set pays tribute to the iconic 1995 Hong Kong banknote design. Each note features bold, exaggerated denominations and intricate design elements inspired by the original series, including:
- Lion portrait engraving motif
- Traditional bilingual layout
- Decorative borders and guilloche patterns
- Cityscape background elements
- Matching serial numbering style
The set includes eight different high-denomination fantasy notes, each clearly produced as a novelty collectible. The extreme denominations and commemorative styling make it unmistakable that these are not circulating currency. Comes with Certificate of Authenticity (in chinese). Only 10,000 sets were produced.
These pieces are designed for collectors who appreciate banknote art, security printing aesthetics, and reinterpretations of historic currency themes. Serial numbers may be different.
